Nutrition Elective - Counts towards SORGS Electives The course examines how bioactive compounds in foods can influence human metabolism and biochemistry. Foods with anti-inflammatory, healing and nourishing properties will be covered. Following the course, students will be able to identify specific foods that can be utilized to support health and prevent disease.
